The patent-pending EVOS™ Real-Time Confluency Tool can typically measure confluency in less than 1 s without requiring any image capture, making it excellent for eliminating user bias in routine cell culture. The output from this proprietary bioapplication correlates well with confluency measurements from other software, e.g., Cell Profiler, and is standard on all M3000 instruments.
