Cylindrical Carboys

Cylindrical Carboys

Cylindrical carboys, typically constructed of glass, polycarbonate, or polyproplyene, are commonly used to store, mix and dispense bulk quantities of solvents, liquids and cleaning solutions. Carboys are also excellent for long-term storage, as well as for refrigerated or frozen storage of aqueous solutions. Available in a variety of sizes, cylindrical carboys may have a molded-in spigot boss, which provides strength and leak resistance in addition to providing an easy dispensing option. Cylindrical carboys also generally include graduations for easier measuring.
