  • The Lineage Cocktail3 (lin 3) contains antibody clones that, in combination, stain lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and neutrophils.
  • It includes CD3, CD14, CD19, and CD20. Peripheral blood dendritic cells (DCs), including those expressing CD16, can be distinguished from other leucocytes by their lack of staining with lin 3.
