Description

Pump utilizes diaphragm vacuum technology for totally dry operation so there is no oil to change or monitor

Pump features an ultimate vacuum of 4mbar, a flow rate of 40lpm, and high flow rates at working vacuum for low-maintenance and excellent results in a wide variety of non-evaporative, non-corrosive vacuum applications. Pump is especially well suited for backing of wide-range turbomolecular pumps.
