Three homogeneous and one gradient polyacrylamide gel for horizontal electrophoresis of SDS denatured proteins; also for separation of nucleic acids in the base pair range 50-1500
- Homogeneous 7.5, 12.5, and 15% gels have 25 preformed sample wells for sample volumes from up to 17μL for quick, easy sample application
- Gradient gel uses sample application strips (26 samples up to 40μL, 52 samples up to 20μL), paper pieces, or sample droplets; recommended for use with Immobiline DryStrip gels
- ExcelGel SDS Homogeneous 15% is also designed for separation of peptides
