A chitosan uricase (UOx)-poly (furan-3-boronic acid)(PFBA)-Pd nanoparticles (PdNPs)/plated Pd (Pd plate)/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/Au electrode was prepared for fabricating an amperometric biosensor and a biofuel cell (BFC) of uric acid.
