Description
Aids in preparative separation of biomolecules from up to 5mL (for 16mm column I.D.) and 13mL (for 26mm column I.D.).
- Provides maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability
- Prepacked columns for use with AKTAdesign™ or other pumped chromatography systems
- Available in two different prepacked column sizes - 16 x 600mm (120mL) and 26 x 60mm (320mL)
- Maximum pressure (over packed bed during operation) is 1.5 bar (22psi)
