Invitrogen™ Human RHAG (aa 27-52) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Protein
Brand: Invitrogen™ RP101735
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (35%), Rat (35%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-63110 (PA5-63110. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Associated with rhesus blood group antigen expression. May be part of an oligomeric complex which is likely to have a transport or channel function in the erythrocyte membrane. {ECO:0000269; PubMed:11062476, ECO:0000269; PubMed:11861637}.
