Description
- MT Buffer is a lysis solution component included in the FastRNAPro Soil Direct and Indirect Kits, the FastDNA Spin Kit for Feces, and the FastDNA 50 mL Spin Kit for Soil.
- Used as a stabilization agent during sample lysis.
- Homogenization takes place in the presence of MT Buffer, this reagent is carefully developed to protect and solubilize nucleic acids and proteins upon cell lysis.
