Description

Washing buffer is used to remove contamination from DNA that has been bound to the column membrane matrix during DNA purification and isolation. This wash buffer is available in a convenient concentrated form. The wash buffer solution should be prepared before initiating the DNA isolation protocol.

For use with Macherey-Nagel™ DNA isolation/purification systems, including NucleoTrap™ and NucleoSpin™ kits
To prepare the wash buffer, add four parts ethanol to 1 part wash buffer concentrate
(20 mL concentrate=100 mL solution)
