Description

These 96-well plates are pre-configured with the most appropriate TaqMan™ Gene Expression Assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. Each plate contains predefined assays and endogenous controls dried-down in the wells, ready for accurate assessment of an entire gene signature in one simple experiment. The panel of assays in the TaqMan™ Array 96-well Human NFkB Pathway Plate targets genes which encode the 5 proteins of the Rel⁄NFKB family: NFKB1, NFKB2, REL A, REL B, and REL. Also on the panel are genes from families that include: the IkB kinase; IkBs (inhibitor of kB); Toll-like receptor (TLR); Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF); Tumor Necrosios Factor Receptors (TNFR); and Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Associated Factor (TRAF). Additional genes associated with NFKB function in apoptosis, immune⁄inflammation responses, as well as chemokines and cytokines are included.
